Md Mohsin is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Health and Lifespan Research at the University of Texas at El Paso (¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ). He is an interdisciplinary public health researcher specializing in mixed-methods research, health disparities, and behavioral health in the U.S.–Mexico border region. Dr. Mohsin received his PhD in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ, BS and MS in Applied Statistics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. His research focuses on the intersection of substance use disorders, mental health, and infectious disease risks, with an emphasis on community-engaged and data-driven approaches to advancing health equity. Dr. Mohsin’s research incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in public health, including the use of advanced analytics and data-driven tools to address health disparities in resource-constrained settings. He also conducts global health research in low- and middle-income country contexts.
