The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Office of Human Resources, provides free of charge notary service to all current ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ employees.
The list of most common notarized documents include:
- Affidavits
- Contracts
- Trusts
- Wills
- Deeds
¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ employees must present appropriate identification (Miner Gold Card, State Driver's License/ Identification Card or Passport) along with their unsigned document to be notarized - at time of appointment.
