Amendments to any academic contract type An executed agreement must be amended and parties will agree to add, remove or change part of the agreement.
Consortium Agreement Establish the use of an awarded grant for a specific project in collaboration with an agency.
Institutional Authorization Agreement Agreement for University to conduct or receive an Institutional Review Board (IRB) review.
Joint Creation and Ownership Agreement Establish joint ownership for intellectual property generated with University resources.
Material or Data Transfer Agreement Provide a record of transfer of research material or data between ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ and a partner institution. Includes General Material/Data Transfer, Universal Biological Material Transfer and Implementation Letters
Option Agreement Provide the option to obtain specific patent and/or technology rights from the University. Includes startup version.
Patent License Agreement Provide license of University patent rights. Includes startup version.
Patent Release Letter Grants University with patent rights.
Research Agreement of Cooperation (MOU) Establish a general cooperative relationship between the University and a partner organization. This agreement includes an English/Spanish version.
Research General Affiliation Agreement Establish a partnership with general terms and conditions between the University and a partner organization. Serves as foundation for future specific program agreements. This agreement includes the international version.
Research Interagency Agreement Establishes terms and conditions for research-related services provided or received by University from another Texas state agency.
Research Interlocal Agreement Establishes terms and conditions for research-related services provided or received by University from another El Paso agency.
Research Non-Disclosure Agreement Confidentiality or Non-disclosure agreement between University and a partner.
Sponsored Research Agreement Research Sponsorship for collaborative research venture and establish specifications for intellectual property (IP) property rights for the partners. This agreement includes the master, joint IP and no IP versions.
Teaming Agreement Research partnership establishing each party as Contractor and Subcontractor of program/project as well as rights and responsibilities.
Technology License Agreement Establish permission for the use of technology owned by the Board of Regents for a specific purpose.
TMAC Service Agreement Agreement to establish the terms for services by the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) at the University.
Visiting Scientist Agreement Participation of scientist from partner organization to provide training or research at the University.
