Contract Type	Definition	Agreement Checklist
Corporate Namings Agreement	Pledge to make a charitable gift to the University and the acknowledgement of the University through a Naming of a University facility/program.
Cy Pres or Equitable Deviation Amendment	Agreement to establish a change in use of received donations from their original agreed purpose.
Deed of Gift Agreement	Transfer ownership and legal rights in personal property donated to ��Ƶ.
Deferred Endowment Agreement	Gift of Funds established within a Will and/or Testament to be donated to ��Ƶ.
Donor Consent Amendment	Donor approved modifications to the original agreed purpose of remaining funds in an endowment.
Endowments Matching Company Agreement	Individual Endowment Pledge and the equivalent matched amount from donor's employer.
Endowments Pledge Agreement	Individual Endowment Pledge for a specific amount to be paid in installments.
Endowments Straight or Corporate Gift Agreement	Individual or Corporate Endowment Pledge for a specific amount paid all in full.
General Amendment	An executed agreement must be amended and parties will agree to add, remove or change part of the agreement.
Gift Agreement	Pledge from Individual to make charitable gift.
Gift in Kind Agreement	Donation of property.
Individual Namings Agreement	Pledge to make a charitable gift to the University, and the acknowledgement by the University through a Naming of a University facility/program.
Pledge Agreement	Simple form to establish a pledge to make a one-time gift or recurring donation installments.
Pledge Update Agreement	Simple form to update or modify a previously granted Pledge.
Agreement of Cooperation or MOU / General Affiliation Agreement / Non Disclosure Agreement	These agreements correspond to relationships or contracts established by any Division at ��Ƶ.
