The HR Immigration team is dedicated to assisting our faculty and staff interested in obtaining an H-1B, TN, and/or Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card) while ensuring compliance with federal requirements related to immigration.  To serve the University and its International scholar population with ample immigration services. We work diligently in collaboration with Immigration Attorneys to successfully obtain I-797 approval notices and Permanent residency status for our faculty and staff.

All employment-based petitions filed on behalf of The University of Texas at El Paso must be submitted by an approved Immigration attorney contracted through ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ.
