The Center for Transportation Infrastructure Systems (CTIS) is proud to announce that Hector Cruz has accepted the position of Research Associate, effective September 1st. Hector has been an integral part of CTIS as a researcher and recently advanced to PhD candidacy. His expertise and dedication to advancing transportation infrastructure, particularly in pavement research, have been invaluable to our ongoing projects. In his new role, Hector will continue to contribute to groundbreaking research and provide leadership in our efforts to improve and innovate within the transportation sector. We are excited to see the impact he will make as he takes on this new responsibility. Welcome to the CTIS team, Hector!
