Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be employed full-time at a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- Have at least two years of continuous employment with their organization
- Meet all ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Executive MBA admissions requirements
- Submit a letter of support from a CEO or Board Chair (due Sept. 1 to gbc@utep.edu), addressing leadership potential and future contributions
Selection Process
Applications are reviewed by the MBA Admissions Committee, with emphasis on:
- Professional achievement and leadership potential
- Sustained, meaningful contributions to the nonprofit sector
